A custom built boat dock ramp installation at St Albans, West Virginia. The upper, three step, portion is firmly anchored to the embankment. The lower ramp section is hinged at the top and has wheels to allow free movement as the water level raises and lowers the pontoon. The safety handrail is fabricated from sturdy pipe railing.
